I've been practicing Massage Therapy since January 2025, earning my license in January 2026. I specialize in Range Of Motion/Stretching, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Swedish Massage. I've completed 16 hours of training in neuromuscular techniques with Tony Fondren, LMT of Toledo, OH. Each session begins with observation through postural assessment, reading your body's mechanical patterns. From there, I address what your body needs using my toolkit of bodywork modalities. I like to bring a whole-body approach to every session through postural assesment, diaphragmatic breathing, zone therapy, and muscle testing.
What drives me is the reciprocity of this work. This symbiotic client/practitioner relationship facilitates the space for your body to heal. With intentional touch, I stay mindful of my own body mechanics, applying different levels of pressure to serve your being and body best.
Bodywork is a practice for both of us. Healing is the goal, table and beyond. If our goals align, I'd love to work with you.

My formal education began with the traditional straight-out-of-high school, 6 year college stint that left me with a Bachelors of Arts and wanting more. Once I found Massage Therapy, my life's path seemed to unfold more smoothly than ever, learning to help my fellow humans find ease in this joyous, yet stressful life.
I completed schooling in Perrysburg, Ohio in 2018 and have continued to evolve my practice with each passing year. I have been extremely fortunate to train in neuromuscular techniques under Tony Fondren, LMT of Toledo, OH. Along with continued education in Neurokinetic Therapy and Fascial Counterstrain, his guidance and courses have allowed me to further develop techniques that provide permanant solutions, rather than temporary results. I believe one of the best qualities of body work is that one is always learning and growing and I always look forward to that.
A practitioner of Yoga since 16, coupled with a 200 hour Himalayan Institute inspired yoga teacher training in 2021, has furthered my understanding of the body as just one piece of our whole being health. The practice of Yoga to help address mind, body and spirit continues to evolve and shape my bodywork practice.
